 Thank you for considering me for your voiceover project. Here’s how I operate:

1. The project will begin the same day the script is received, if received by 6 p.m. If received after 6 p.m., the project will begin the next day. You’ll receive verification of receipt.

2. Unless you provide an exact deadline, in most cases, the turn-around time is 24 hours from receipt of script. (Please note, as stated above, projects received after 6 p.m. will begin the next day, therefore the 24-hour turn-around is according to that start day period.

  • Longer projects may require longer time. You’ll be informed if more time is needed.

  • If you require same day submission, please state that up front.

4. Please provide clear direction about how you would like your script to be read/delivered, i.e upbeat, dramatic, light, comical, etc.

5. If you would like to direct me during the actual recording, you’ll have the option to do so via Zoom, Skype, or phone patch.

6. Your recorded file can be delivered to you as MP3 or WAV file. Please let me know which format you prefer.

7. Delivery methods can be via any FTP you choose, or Box, Dropbox, or WeTransfer

8. Revisions - Once the script is recorded:

  • If there is an error in the recording on my part, up to two revisions will be done at no charge.

  • Revisions requested due to error(s) in the script as originally presented, will be corrected at no additional charge, up to two recordings.

Radio is what got me started with voiceover. When I discovered decades ago that simply listening to a voice could conjure up images, enhance a message or story, and awaken emotions or inspire action - I was hooked!

Now, as a professional voice over artist, I’m the one who gets to craft stories and messages on behalf of my clients. That includes projects that can cause the listener to take action or learn something or buy something or just listen and take it all in.

Clients can look to me to voice everything from message-on-hold/Interactive Voice Response (IVR) placements (my favorite), to live and recorded announcer (VOG) for various events, explainer videos, PSAs, and narration for conference videos. And I lend my voice to commercials, in-store promos, documentaries, educational, political, and promotional spots for TV, radio, and internet.

For me, the voice-over experience is not just about the sound of the voice, but about what it evokes. There's a story inside every script—long or short—and I love crafting stories and messages for my clients that resonate deeply with the listener. And as a writer, I understand the power words hold, and clients want their stories and messages to gain power and live outside of their heads, and off the page or screen so they resonate with their audiences.
